Project Overview

This project involved the ultra-fast delivery of 20 Cell on Wheels (COWs) units, each equipped with a 40-meter deployable mast, to support high-reach temporary mobile network coverage for Korek Telecom.

MOSECO was responsible for the complete supply, assembly, configuration, and commissioning of the COWs units, successfully delivering all systems within an accelerated one-month timeframe. The deployment enabled Korek Telecom to rapidly increase network capacity and coverage in areas requiring immediate high-elevation radio reach.

Scope of Work

1. COWs Supply & Structural Assembly

Supply of 20 Cell on Wheels units with 40m deployable masts
Mechanical assembly and structural configuration for high-mast deployment
Compliance with telecom, safety, and stability standards

2. Integrated Power & Control Systems

Integration of dual generators per COW for redundancy and reliability
Main Distribution Boards (MDBs) and power controllers
Load management and protection for continuous field operation

3. Telecom Equipment Integration

Installation of telecom cabinets and Radio Base Stations (RBS)
Integration of up to 9 antennas per COW
Complete grounding, cabling, and system readiness

4. Configuration, Testing & Commissioning

End-to-end system configuration and functional testing
Verification of power, RF, and control systems
Delivery of fully operational, ready-to-deploy COWs
