On Friday, November 14, 2025, AUB Mediterraneo hosted an inspiring leadership seminar titled “Beyond Leadership: The Story, The Strategy, and The Future,” organized by our Faculty of Business students under the leadership of Dr. Elena P. Antonacopoulou and featuring distinguished keynote speaker Mr. Faris Awartani, chairman & CEO of MOSECO Group.
In a world transformed by digitization, AI, and rapid technological change, Mr. Awartani shared powerful reflections from his three decades of experience in the telecommunications and ICT sectors. He spoke about leading with vision, building organizations across borders, and embracing the future of work with agility and purpose.
Students got the opportunity to engage in a dynamic Q&A on what it means to lead in an age of disruption, the role of distributive entrepreneurship, and how to maintain a strong culture across global teams.
