Project Overview
The project delivers the modernization and deployment of off-grid power and shelter infrastructure supporting Aramco remote sites across Saudi Arabia, ensuring reliable operation of mission-critical communication services in isolated and harsh environments. Delivered by BAZY under the Electromechanical & Renewable business unit and aligned with Aramco’s approved manufacturer list, the project includes end-to-end engineering & design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete off-grid site solutions—covering civil works, fences, solar structures, PV modules, telecom shelters, explosion-proof DC air-conditioning, charge regulators, solar inverters, GENSETs, and solar battery systems. Since 2021, BAZY has implemented multiple off-grid deployments across key regions including Shaybah, Yanbu, Riyadh, Jeddah, and Abqaiq, providing renewable-ready infrastructure built for long-term resilience.
Project Value
The project delivers strong operational value by enabling uninterrupted power availability and communications continuity for Aramco’s remote sites through fully integrated off-grid energy and shelter solutions. By combining renewable power generation with long-autonomy battery storage, robust field shelter infrastructure, and certified equipment integration, the engagement reduces dependency on conventional power sources and improves resilience against environmental and operational risks. The turnkey delivery model strengthens maintainability, accelerates site readiness, and supports scalable rollouts—while ensuring high efficiency, long-life performance, and continuous visibility through advanced battery performance and monitoring readiness.
